What I Offer

I provide an extremely high NET income for Waikiki homeowners: $7,000 monthly net income for 1-bedroom ocean view units, which is $84,000 annual net income (after deducting my fees, cleaning, and taxes); $14,000 monthly net income for 2-bedroom ocean view units, which is $170,000 annual net income (after deducting my fees, cleaning, and taxes).

I own 4 Waikiki 1-bedroom units myself - each unit makes $10,000 net income per month. You can see the details of my income, design, and customer reviews below (scroll down).

My services include both interior design and property management. I used to work at Google, Twitter, and Netflix for 10 years, where I became an expert in design and marketing. I am very passionate about interior design, and enjoy helping Ilikai owners do a full renovation for their place so it can get the best rental rate.
